Why do some products have "Quick Buy" buttons with them?
Products with "Quick Buy" buttons are products which do not have variants and can be added to the cart quickly without needing to choose which variant to purchase. A separate window opens for your ease of use.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal and a number of major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Apple Pay
How long will my order take to arrive?
For items coming from our US warehouse 7 to 15 business days. For items coming direct from our partner manufacturers 2 to 4 weeks (2 to 6 weeks if order is placed during holiday months, from October to January).
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Once your order has shipped you will be notified via email and provided with tracking information. Note this can take anywhere from 2-5 business days after making an order.
Why is my order cost different than my bank charge?
Our prices are listed in USD. You may notice a different charge on your bank statement than on your orders receipt, this is due to the conversion rate processed by your bank. We don't have control over the rates unfortunately.

TERMS & CONDITIONSWho is responsible for tracking my order?
As soon as tracking details are available from your respective couriers below, customers are responsible in contacting their local post offices to make sure that the orders arrive as scheduled, someone is able to receive the order at the shipping address, settle any issues causing delays and that no shipments are returned:
- United States: USPS
- Canada: Canada Post
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail
- Australia: Australia Post
- New Zealand: New Zealand Post
Prices change without prior notice. Due to nature of e-commerce promotions, we do not offer price change guarantees. Price upon date of purchase will be deemed final.
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours after purchase. After which, any refund request can only be accommodated if the product is shipped back to the return address with a verifiable tracking number. A 10% refund transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund cost for all valid order cancellation refunds. This is to recover overhead & payment refund transaction costs incurred by the company.
Returns & Shipping Costs
With Popélu Shop offering FREE SHIPPING, a return label will not be available. Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. A 15% return & refund transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund cost. This is to recover overhead & payment refund transaction costs incurred by the company.
Due to hygienic reasons, the following products are not eligible for return/replacement:
- Personal Items
Personal Items such as combs, brushes, nail products, polishes, cosmetics, hair accessories and hair extensions are final sale and not exchangeable.
Orders placed 30 days prior are no longer eligible for return.
